My forest bathing training with Treeming has been a deeply meaningful experience, one that helped me slow down, reconnect with my senses, and develop a guiding practice that feels both intuitive and grounded. The experience was better than I could have hoped for. As someone who was unknowingly forest bathing I really enjoyed and learned from the specific methods by which one can get the full experience. The many different techniques that were introduced lead to a much better experience.
