We had solar installed by TRE over 6 months ago. After an initial enquiry they sent out a representative to survey the property, make recommendations and provide a quotation. Of the 3 companies I contacted for a quotation they were the only one to send someone out. At the time I booked the installation there was quite a waiting list so it was a few months before the work was done. Work was completed very efficiently in a few days. All staff were helpful, courteous and professional. I can’t comment on the after sales follow up as everything has worked perfectly since installation. I am delighted by the installation - it has made a big difference to our electricity bill! I also love the Myenergi app which tracks our usage.All told, I can highly recommend this company.
