From start to finish, this business is truly awful. Be warned that ordering anything from them involves a hard credit inquiry; your credit score will suffer just like it would with a larger purchase. They don’t disclose this upfront but hide it in their Terms and Conditions. Upon placing my order, my card was charged immediately, but I received no confirmation whatsoever. I didn't get a single email regarding my order status, not even to inform me of their process, which includes charging you and pulling a hard credit check, although your order may still not be approved. I had to pursue their customer service only to be “rejected” five days after placing my order. They still have my $300 with nothing to show for it. Terrible business practices and nonexistent customer service. Another company that seems to have started on a whim and will likely be gone within a year. Beware!
