As a long standing client of Trendsignal I have to mention the 5 STAR service from Leah Caunt in Customer Support. I had an issue (entirely of my own making !) Leah understood the problem, offered a fix which I agreed too and then she sorted things out for me. No fuss, no bother. All done professionally and with good humour.
