I signed up to Trendsignal to trade on a D1 Sniper account but found that it did not suit me in terms of the time of day to operate it efficiently and so I transferred to become a Dynamic Trader which the company happily did for the cost of additional training only. I am now a happy practice account trader whilst I learn and implement the various techniques taught. I hope to be trading with my live account shortly.I found the D1 Sniper tutoring confusing mainly because the tutor assumed I was familiar with the technical terms but I found the DT tutoring much more intuitive and I am a great supporter of the ongoing webinars. There is so much technical information and systems that are needed to be mastered to become a successful trader and I have come to realise how important it is to follow the instructions from the tutors one of whom I can contact any time with a query. This is very reassuring and it is further backed up by the team in the office who I can always call for help and if the individual I am speaking to cannot answer my question they will refer me to someone who can. That person, if not immediately available, will always call me back.I had an incident recently with one of the trading platforms which prevented me from trading but Trendsignal sorted it for me and set up another account elsewhere. In terms of customer service this is exceptional and rare these days especially via telephone calls. I am more than satisfied with the company and would recommend them to anyone who was considering starting trading.
