I had purchased a product with trenddelivery on the 12th of February. It was said to arrive within 14 business days and even sooner with the “skip the line” fee. After the 14 business days I had inquired about the purchase because the tracking number given had not been added to the system therefore was impossible to track my package. After 20 business days I’ve had enough of waiting and requested a refund to which I was denied because on their system the product was already “in transit” which I argued that they cannot deny me a refund just because it’s “in transit” so I gave them time to see if it was true. Late March came around and I emailed support once again demanding a refund because the product still had not arrived. They still refused to give me a refund despite my legitimate reason to request it. So I decided to report them to the FTC and had them made aware that they’re gonna be investigated. surprise! Suddenly my package was updated and many apologies were given and literally 2 days later the product had arrived. The fact that they changed their attitude as soon as I mentioned the FTC tells me they had no intention of giving me anything and were gonna stay behind the whole “in transit” excuse to which I educated them on the laws regarding online business that sell products. To all future customers please steer clear of trenddelivery! If you’ve already made a purchase and are having the same issue. Learn your rights as the customer and laws regarding online businesses when it comes to purchasing anything online. It’ll come in handy when any site such as trend tries to make off with your money and make no effort to assist you.
