Very disappointing customer service

The response to emails and other communications was terrible. I sought help with an order but was ignored for five days. By the time I got a response, the item had already shipped, and I was told to reorder. Since it was a personalized order, returning it wasn't an option. I made multiple attempts to contact them before processing the order but received no help. Now I have an unusable item and have sent four more emails without a response. Extremely poor experience.
