We’ve had a very positive experience working with Trengo. Their customer service is quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference in day-to-day operations. What we especially appreciate is being able to work with the same people over time. They truly get to know our properties and understand our needs, which creates a much more efficient and pleasant way of working.Irene and Felipe are two team members I’ve been in most contact with, and they’ve both been a great help. That said, everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly and supportive. I particularly appreciate Irene for actively thinking along with our properties, involving us in development possibilities, and at the same time really listening to and accepting our feedback for future improvements.The tool itself works very well for our properties, and it supports our communication processes smoothly.
