So professional.I decided that I needed new floor covering but was unsure as to replace with carpet or timber. I went on sites and Trevors Carpets was the best site so I went to the Joondalup store on the 12th with a few choices I had made from the site. Carlo assisted me and I can not praise him enough. I had taken a sample of my old carpet so that I could try to match my original carpet colour, should I decide to choose carpet. We discussed the style of my home and the type of floor covering that would be best suited to the area I wanted to cover. He spent time looking for the colour I wanted and gave me a sample I could take home of a hard surface and a carpet and told me to place them in different parts of the area I wanted to cover and in different lights. I did this and took photographs. 13th I bought the carpet and by the 19th it was laid by Tom and Simon who were exceptional. They took up my old carpet and took it away. They were so precise in their work ethics. I am one very happy customer. I am a senior. I had been worried about replacing floor coverings but it all went so well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
