I had a very disappointing experience. Most of the flowers I received from a £600 order were dead. Brown and over chilled. The response time was poor and they only refunded me a paltry £71. I was left in a very stressful and difficult situation as we had very little time to find more flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Ended up using supermarket flowers. Poor service and no acknowledgment or goodwill. The bare minimum they should have refunded was £400.
