A guy finally answered our call yesterday and said that with the way the case is going they will not be able to assist. I thanked him for ignoring us for a week instead of sending a simple text or email saying no. We have 6 very prestigious attorneys from 3 prestigious law firms representing us. They would never waste time and lots money taking a key cased to a state Supreme Court if they were not confident of a settlementor outright victory. We wanted to use Tribeca as they helped us before on this hugely consequential case but will be forced to look elsewhere.
