I started the process on Tuesday by talking with Candice and followed up Wednesday with Candice who was shocked to hear that I had NOT heard from you Danielle, as of that point. Later that day I did finally hear from her after calling and texting a few times. Finally later Wednesday afternoon she did call and state that she had good news and that I was approved. She stated that I might have it that evening but most likely Thursday. Well Thursday came and went with NO deposit. Upon speaking with her, Thursday she said that one of the letters was not correctly addressed and that it had already fixed and that it might be deposited that day if not again it would be Friday. Well Friday came and went and AGAIN NO DEPOSIT. When I spoke with her on the phone Friday afternoon she said that she had contacted Todd and that it should be there like around 6P.M. II even contacted her on Saturday, which by the way I emailed Todd Saturday as well with no response. She had advised that I was funded but I replied back to her no I was not and figured she would have looked it to this and would of got back with me. I also thought that Todd would of emailed me back as a common courtesy at least saying that he would look into this matter. Last time when I chose y'all to go with I had my money deposited within 48 hours of the call. I am very fustrated because I honestly would if thought I would of had the money deposited. We are not talking about a small amount of money, I called because I needed money ASAP to help me out. This has really been handled unprofessionally on y'all's part. I feel that I have had to contact y’all more then I should because I would not get a response. I would text her and call her multiple times before I would even get a response or call when she should have been contacting me not me always reaching out to y’all . As stated above I was told she would be contacting me Tuesday evening as I called around 4:45 in the afternoon, and I did not have contact from her until Wednesday afternoon. I even called my bank Saturday and asked if they see a pending wire transfer. They stated they were working on stuff for deposit on Monday December 7 2020, and it showed no up coming wire transfer.
