I just opened the package to put together the bookshelf unit I ordered, and a bolt is already missing. This is unbelievable! The quality control is severely lacking. I've been informed that the part is out of stock and it might take up to 15 days to receive it—completely unacceptable! The entire order shipped in just 3-5 days. I plan to return it and place a new order.
