Unable to change pricing (even after multiple requests to do so to increase sales). 6. Post-Termination Ambiguity: The contract is unclear about the ownership of rights and royalty obligations after the agreement ends, beyond the 90-day purchase window for the author.7. Royalty Structure: While initially favorable to the Author, the royalty structure changes significantly after the initial investment is recouped, and there's no guarantee the author will ever recoup their initial investment. 8.
