I was selected to Trilogy via Crossover last year and I have been working there since. I failed the test once and got selected on my second try. There is very less job security because you are competing with the top 1% best talent in the world. Just because you were not selected does not mean the company is not legit. If you gave up means you could have never made it through training in this company. I love working there because it challenges me to give my best every day I log in to work.I look forward to excelling in the current role and try for the next level. There is no consideration that you work there when applying for another role. Everyone has a fair chance at being selected. I hope to work there until my contract lasts.
