Exam staff should approach individuals arriving at the center in a reassuring and calming manner, rather than in a way that creates stress. It is appreciated when they remind candidates of the rules and explain what needs to be done; however, this should be done using a softer tone and a more comforting approach. In an environment surrounded by cameras, everyone is already inclined to follow the rules. Nevertheless, in my observation, the tone of voice and the manner of warnings used by staff tend to create stress for many people. Thank you.
