Our property manager, Richard, replies promptly and politely to all enquiries. Most of the time he has the answer and if he doesn’t he will forward queries or chase others. Our building needs external works and he is dealing with the details thoroughly. Things have improved since Trinity took over from the last management company. Four stars instead of five for Trinity in general because of having to chase the accounts team on occasion and the wait on the phone can be long. However, everyone is very polite.The Residents Portal on their website is very basic and needs upgrading and expanding.
