This shipment was scheduled for 10:00 AM today (10/13/25). However, the driver arrived at 7:00 AM, three hours early. The driver did not understand English and was unable to follow instructions regarding the correct dock door for unloading.Once he eventually backed into position, our warehouse associate activated the red dock light and entered the trailer to begin unloading. At that point, the driver inexplicably pulled the tractor forward while my employee was still inside the trailer. I immediately went outside to stop him and explained that the red light indicates the trailer must remain stationary. The driver offered no acknowledgment or understanding of the situation.Trinity has consistently failed to provide reliable and professional service for over 2 years. Fortunately, their broker status has been downgraded to Tier 3 in our system.
