I received a telephone call from Imagine, Liverpool Airport (the actual parking place) saying I would have to pay again on arrival because Trinqoo hadn't paid them. This caused me consternation. I had to make several calls and sent several emails before finally I was assured by Trinqoo that my booking was still secure and I wouldn't have to pay twice.At Imagine on return from a holiday the staff asked for second payment and only when I challenged this they agreed, politely, that it had been sorted for me and I didn't have to pay again. The staff told me Trinqoo had owed them £30k.I won't use Trinqoo again.
