Would like to start with a positive. Denise- sales lady. Was second to none the best! Helpful, friendly and approachable. Denise was amazing. Listened to everything we wanted and allowed us time to think and wonder or thoughts. Shes a treasure to Trio.
We were there a couple of hours and then went make our purchase. Val the rexeptionist is rude and blunt. We were completing a sale when Denise asked Val a question. Vals response to Denise was rude and not friendly. Denise had a made a comment to my partner, my partner responded and was laughing Val the receptionist then said something ( not sure what she said) Denise asked her what she had said. Vals response was " i was talking to the customer" this is rude and bullying in my opinion it made the last part of our visit very uncomfortable and awkward. You can clearly see Val has a problem with Denise. But to allow this to show to customers is unprofessional and not acceptable. Val should apolygise to Denise. denise has just started there she will want to ask questions. Bullying in the workplace is not supposed to happen. Especially in front of customers
