The product is nice, but I had to follow up on my delivery date. I called twice and was promised a call or message before delivery, which I never received. The item (velvet chair) arrived without any protective cover or packaging. Luckily, there were no marks on it. While I'm pleased with the product, I'm hesitant to order from the company again.
