I visited the clinic for a deep plane facelift, neck lift, and temporal lift. Despite a prior consultation in the UK, my experience was not what I expected. The initial communication was misleading, and upon arrival, I faced some challenges. The hospital staff were lovely, but I encountered issues post-surgery that raised concerns. The aftercare was lacking, and my attempts to communicate were often met with silence. While the nurses were outstanding, I felt the overall service was impersonal. I cannot recommend the clinic based on my experience, despite having had successful surgeries in Turkey before.
