From start to finish, the whole process of buying a Trionic 14er W was easy. The walker is exceptional and has changed my life, enabling me to access terrain previous out of my range. The customer service was also exceptional and customer friendly. Helpful, clear and polite , unlike a lot of firms who don't care once they have taken your money.
