My life-long love of walking was brought to an end with knee problems; at best I could cover a mile using two crutches - no fun at all. Then I found the Veloped. Now I can join my friends and do a 3-mile walk while they do 5-6 and we meet for a pub lunch afterwards. My spirits have soared now I can return to walk in the countryside, and when my knees have had enough I can pull out the seat, enjoy the view and listen to the birdsong. It goes in the back of the car (without removing the wheels), I can take it on the bus and train, and have toured art galleries with it.
