Great communication, from my order being placed to the extras I placed at a later time. I felt like I was part off a family that listened to all my concerns because this was a large investment in my mobility them thereselves were brilliant. This veloped is brilliant it's increased my activity by 100 % I'm going out more I'm able now to go shopping visiting family on the buses and going to new places with my godson. This veloped has helped me with my balance when walking , my old rollator had me leaning forward and was causing me pain but now I feel relaxed when walking and safe and stable.So I give 10 out of 10 for the veloped and 10 out of 10 for Trionic company for designing a great piece of kit.Thank you Trionic.
