So I rang and got through almost immediately and had an extremely informative conversation. I was surprised and delighted to discover that returns were FREE! So decided to take the chance of trying it out. Got a rapid free delivery (a couple of days, literally) to my door.Well it is everything I wanted. The Walker 12er is SIMPLY TREMENDOUS on several counts Build quality - Solid, quality finishes 10 year guarantee Design - clever sorting of wheel sync issuesPerformance & functionality - ergonomic grip choicesEase of use - really good brakesBeats anything I have seen here into a cocked hat of mundane, lazily designed not very well made lumps of tat. It also looks good, oozes quality.The only small constructive criticism I have (the answer may well be in the pipeline) is unlike it’s bigger brother the 4x4 version the Veloped there is no storage cover available yet.I have to say the whole experience from start to receipt has been that rare thing with sales & customer service these days - a DELIGHT.From one extremely happy user.Simon Furse
