From customer service to delivery this company is 'fantastic'The walker has made such a massive difference to my mums mobility.She is walking upright and no longer complains of pain in her back and knees.She is much more confident and is managing to walk longer distances.Mum says she would recommend this walker to anyone struggling with walking as she feels much more supported and feels the walker is much more stable and far more superior to any other walker she has used!Thank you for the great advice from the customer service representative , he was kind , considerate and knowledgeable...he did not pressurise mum into purchasing.We are so thankful she did buy it though, as it has transformed her life.
