I feel it is my duty to warn others about my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with TRIP2GO’s visa services.Jordan was the Agent. From the very beginning I was given misleading and inconsistent information about the fees involved. I was initially told that the visa fee was £70, which I paid. After submitting all my documents, they booked me an appointment with VFS Global to submit my biometrics.However, just before my appointment, I was suddenly informed that the £70 I had paid was only part of a £140 administration fee for their services — and that I had to pay the remaining £70 balance before proceeding. This was never clearly explained upfront. I paid it because by that stage I felt trapped in the process.Then I was instructed to book and confirm return flights and pay for them (£60), which I also did. Booking a confirmed flight guaranteed the visa, (this is what I was told by the Agent) On the actual day of submission, I was shocked to be told I needed to pay an additional £80 visa fee. This was completely contradictory to what I had been told earlier — that the package was “inclusive”. At no stage were the total costs clearly and transparently explained. Instead, charges were introduced step-by-step once I was already financially and procedurally committed.This is not how a professional or ethical company operates.Furthermore, TRIP2GO openly advertises that they can obtain a “Schengen Visa in 7 days.” This is completely misleading. My visa took 3 weeks, nowhere near the timeframe promised.The pattern here is clear:👉 Underquote at the beginning👉 Get the customer financially committed👉 Add new charges at every stage👉 Make unrealistic promises about processing times. This experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and exploitative. Customers place trust in visa service providers during an already stressful process. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum expected — and unfortunately, TRIP2GO failed on both counts.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure you demand a full written breakdown of all fees upfront before paying anything.I would not recommend this company based on my experience.Stay away from this Company.
