I had a very disappointing experience with a 7-day trip package. They assured me that everything would be covered during the trip. Although a car was arranged for the entire duration, the driver consistently arrived late, even after I complained to the manager. This caused us to arrive late at various locations due to traffic, and the driver often tried to skip some stops. At times, he even changed the car to a much smaller one, making it uncomfortable for us. The overall management was lacking, and I wouldn't recommend wasting your hard-earned money on this unreliable service.
