I booked a walking food/history tour in Minnesota. Unfortunately I had a few problems paying because TripHobo came up as a potential fraudulent charge on my credit card. I had to call my cc to verify, and then needed to rebook. My tour ended up being cancelled due to low attendance. Luckily I was able to work everything out with the actual tour company. TCFoodTours, they were fantastic, offered me another tour, and a discount for the inconvenience and handled everything internally because it was easier than trying to go through TripHobo. I may or may not use TripHobo again. The events they offer look great, but It concerns me that the site was flagged, and I found dealing with the actual tour companies to be easier. So, 3 stars.
