We've used Tripmasters for three vacations now (and have referred them for two others) and all the trips have been flawless. All bookings have been accurate and as advertised and we have yet to contact Tripmasters to resolve any sort of issue. We will continue to use Tripmasters for European travel; there's no reason not to!
