Very efficient! Within 2 minutes of booking, I received a phone call to say I needed to change the day/time. Free pick up & drop off, which was great and unexpected. The Maxicat Catamaran was good, food & drink included in the 3 hour trip. We saw whales, dolphins & quick glimpse of a turtle 🐢 The water was quite choppy, so if you don't travel well on boats, take a strong travel sickness tablet! Unfortunately for us, our tablets were not strong enough 🤢😵💫. But definitely recommend Trip Tenerife 👌
