I recently returned from a family tour organized by the service, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the trip was far more stressful than enjoyable, and I believe it would have been better had I managed the bookings myself. The issues began right after full payment. I had to constantly follow up for visa processing, and additional fees were demanded for basic requirements. Hotel booking was a disaster, with no reservation upon arrival. Despite paying for extra services, requests were ignored. The entire experience was marred by mismanagement and a lack of professionalism. Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
