We had the absolute pleasure of working with Triumfo Inc. for the design and construction of our booth at the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) show, held in Orlando from October 18th to 20th. The booth quality, design and execution were excellent. The staff building the booth were very helpful and accommodating. There is some room for improvement in communication on the days of installation. That would have allowed me to schedule onsite activities a bit better.Overall, I was very satisfied with the booth. I will definitely use them again.
The booth design at CES 2025 was impressive and met all our standards and requirements. The quality and execution were excellent, and the final result was well-received.However, there is room for improvement in customer service. The staff's responsiveness and communication during the process did not meet expectations. A more customer-centric approach would greatly enhance the overall experience.I had to chase the team over a few times rather than being called and contacted as a customer, which in my opinion is poor customer service. For the sign-off on the booth the day before the event, I had to wait for the team for 5 hours to show off, although a previous date and time were scheduled.Overall, I am satisfied with the booth and recommend them only make sure you emphasize on the service level.

Great experience all around! From the start to finish we received timely responses and Adam was very helpful with changes and responded quickly. The team on site lead by Jose were awesome. They were onsite the whole show and we had a table top break during the show and Jose was there withing 15 minutes to fix. Highly recommend Triumfo.
