I don't know how they work, they just seems unprofessional, sometimes fast, most of the time slow, sometimes they steal your money partially, although most of the time they process the transaction normally without stealing a dime (like how they supposed to.), not recommended. I think they have some agents processing customer's transactions, some honest, some just straight thief. Customer service won't help you, CS poorly trained, no manner, lack of knowledge. CEO's email available to public, but never respond to report about thief agents. Complaining to Customer Service will get you banned like me. Very disappointing website from Indonesia.
