I have been using Triyit for a couple of years. Last year I was offered the chance to upgrade my membership to VIP by paying £7.99 for the year to then get at least one campaign or your money back. I got the end of the year on the 6th October, waited 30 days then emailed them about my refund as I'd had nothing during the year or even had the chance to fill in a survey for a campaign. I had a response asking for my email and phone number but since then nothing. I have chased and am being ignored. I've definitely not had a refund!
