It's hard to complain about a free box, but what I especially liked, compared to other testing sites, was not knowing what was coming! It's always exciting to see a product coming, but the mystery really enhanced the experience for me. And bonus - the feedback survey is so quick and easy! Definitely the best product trial experience I've had so far
