I have an item to return for a refund because it’s too large for me, and I believe returns are only accepted within 14 days. I tried emailing and made a refund request, which was approved, but there is no address provided to send it back to. I also attempted to reach out via social media but received no response! I'm disappointed by the lack of communication; I just want to process my refund.
