We were one if the initial Troomi customers. I love the product, however in the last two weeks I've needed to get in touch with customer service and been unable to get any response. They were able to get us a replacement phone due to the microphone breaking on the original (it's 2 years old) We have not been able to activate the new phone and now the parent controls don't work on the old phone. I've tried their online portal, email, and phone. When I call during their posted business hours I wait in the queue and then get a recording saying no one is available to help, please leave a message. I left a message and did not hear back. I'm truly saddened because I have spent the last two years telling everyone I know to sign up with them. I'm now looking for an alternative provider.
