It’s been incredibly frustrating to try to activate troomi phone. Support is basically non existent. After requesting online for support activating the phone on a Thursday I got an email reply on Friday requesting more info. I provided all the information on Friday morning and left a voice message. After not hearing from them on Friday I sent another message through their website on Saturday. It’s now Sunday night and we haven’t heard from anyone. Every time we send a message through their website it creates a ticket however the site keeps erasing my inquiries except for the original one. I no longer feel like it’s worth keeping the phone and try to resolve whatever issue is keeping the phone from activating.
