The company takes several days to resolve an issue..if they respond to you at all. Also, you can only reach a person by phone M-F so if anything happens on the weekend you can only reach support by email and have to hope someone emails you back. I called customer service due to issues making calls and whole they were trouble shooting the support tech actually made my issue worse and I couldn't use my phone at all ...then no one followed up with me or answered my emails....currently on day THREE of my child not being able to use the phone...
