Rating: 3/5. We recently placed an order over £200, including tetras and a royal pleco. Unfortunately, their condition upon arrival was concerning—the box was damaged, the tetras appeared stressed, and the pleco's bag was deflated with minimal water. While the pleco is doing okay now, we were initially worried about its health. Customer service was quick to respond and offered advice for settling the fish. However, when we requested a partial refund or a goodwill gesture, they declined, stating that since the fish arrived alive, no compensation was warranted. We understand that live fish shipments can be challenging, but a small gesture would have demonstrated care for customer satisfaction, especially given the order's value. Although we appreciate the assistance provided later, the initial experience was disappointing and may lead us to consider other suppliers for future purchases.
