Ok the products are fine and the stuff comes, but I cannot ever recommend them for one reason. The roots of my baby croton came with a plastic cage surrounding the roots, I was sat there wondering why the roots were growing up, why it wasn't properly supporting itself, now I know I'm mad I didn't notice sooner. Clearly they don't know what they are doing, I don't want a single piece of plastic inside my terrarium and I don't want to have to damage the roots of my plants to fix your mistakes, do better and remove pointless and bad things that only do damage and create mess and a need for further damage.
