I have tried to cancel this subscription multiple times. Upon requesting a new password be sent to my email (multiple times) nothing has materialized. I have no way to sign into my account.
From there, I reached out to customer service to have them cancel my subscription-- no one has responded.
Add to that that I somehow ended up with two subscriptions for the same product only one of which was authorized by me-- I'm very unhappy with the gongshow this has turned into. Feels like Trosriptions is deliberately creating systems wherein its easy to over order and even harder to cancel. While it may have been a glitch that landed me with double the product being sent to my house-- all for the bargin shipping price of $6.95-- I dont appreciate the lack of attention to the matter and the time and money I've spent trying to rectify it.
