We love Trucker Treats & decided to share with family this year by giving some in "Made in Oklahoma" gift baskets for Christmas presents. We purchased 14 assorted bags without noticing the expiration date was the month we made our purchase. We opened a bag & realized they were horribly stale so I called the company. Without any problem, they shipped me all flavors that were expiring. I assumed they'd want the expiring bags returned but they weren't concerned whatsoever about them. When we received the replacement bags, I wasn't very happy to discover 4 were the very same expiration dates. However, when I called again, he profusely apologized & didn't hesitate to ship me 4 more! It was very nice to see our business mattered & they were determined to make sure we were satisfied.
