Overall, the solicitors were quite helpful, though I must admit that we felt they only pursued our landlord when we prompted them. There were fees we weren't verbally informed about, which may have been our oversight while reviewing the paperwork. We received acknowledgment for our grievances, but the high expectations we had seemed contingent on extending the process to court. Nonetheless, the representative was patient, never rushed us, and provided understanding every time we reached out.
