Which meant we have just sold it with true and they didn’t have the correct paper work. We had to rely on neighbours to help us. Absolute nightmare of a company. The estate agent has even said if anyone wants to use true to buy or sell a property they will refuse unless they use a different solicitor. You get passed from pillow to post and just get told lies. There is a very big formal complaint going in about who dealt with us.
