51 days since I placed my order. I have tried calling the number listed on the website multiple time, but it goes straight to an unmarked voicemail box. I've texted the number per the instructions on the website, no response. I have written to the support email a couple of times with no response. I really don't want to have to make a report to my bank to recoup my $300 order, but I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to get a status on my order and where it is. Super bummer!
