On 3/11 I ordered a $7,000 Panerai watch for my husband's bday. Website says 3-7 business days to ship, they say they overnight delivery. The following week I call to inquire about delivery and Hetal from Customer Service is vague, so I began to get uncomfortable and told her that unless she could give me a guaranteed date for delivery I was going to cancel the order. She said she would call the supplier and get back to me. She did and gave me a 3/26 date for delivery. On 3/25 I call to get a Fedex tracking number and this time a man told me he'd call me back in 5 min. Two hours later I call back and Hetal tells me they won't have a tracking number till later that evening and that she'll email it. At 6:30pm I get and email from her that unfortunately the watch couldn't be authenticated but that she would have a similar one in a couple of days. The first thing the next morning, 3/26 I called and demanded my money back. Hetal told me it would take 3-5 business days. TOday is 4/7 and I still have not rec'd my money and they haven't answered my calls. Of course I put in a dispute with my credit card but am so upset about this company! BUYER BEWARE!
