I ordered a watch for my wife's birthday. After seven business days, still not shipped. I called customer service and was informed they do not have the watch yet to be authenticated. Why are they listing items they don't have in stock? This will most likely be my last purchase from TrueFacet. Very disappointed. UPDATE: The item was sold (consignment with TrueFacet, not disclosed to me in advance) out from under me. We will now see if they are going to make it right.
